Only if we behave professionally at all levels will Selectron succeed in regularly bringing innovations to the market. As CEO, it is important to me that we speak openly and directly with each other as a team. Risks and problems must be able to be discussed without fear, and all employees must actively contribute their experience and ideas. The more heterogeneous we are in terms of education, experience, personal background and also as people, the more exciting are the discussions from which new solutions emerge. When recruiting, I look for personalities who are also allowed to have rough edges.
